Biography
An extraordinary
journey.
My name is Sylvain Barrier, 37 years old, born in Oyonnax. My path has been anything but linear, and that is undoubtedly my greatest strength. I don't come from a family of bikers.
Everything changed when a friend let me try his motorcycle. A revelation. A year later, I entered a 50cc endurance race. Spotted, I left for 18 months in South Africa, where I won my first races. Back in Mauritius, then a definitive departure for Paris at 16 to race in 1000cc Promosport.
From there, everything sped up: William Costes – BMC – Morillas – Sarron – MG Compétition – Dark Dog Academy – Mondial Superstock. Victories came, as did podiums, then titles. But behind the achievements, there were also crashes, frustrating seasons, and injuries. I decided to turn my mistakes into experience. My doubts into method. My career into transmission.

After a 20-year career, the question of what comes next arose. And the answer came naturally: to share, to pass on knowledge, to guide, but in my own way. Not just driving coaching. Not just mental coaching. A complete, 360° accompaniment, nourished by the real-world experience of a global driver.
